Meet Kathy O’Bryan, The Mini Me dietitian
I’m Kathy O’Bryan, a Pediatric Dietitian + Creator of the mini me method
Release yourself from mealtime stress. Feed your baby with confidence. Transform your toddler into a mealtime adventurer. I can help.
I am just like you. When I first became a mom, I thought the pediatrician was going to tell me everything I needed to know about how and what to feed my little one but quickly realized that wasn’t going to be the case. Thankfully, I had my professional background to fall back on, but our journey still would have been more straightforward and less time consuming (for me) if I had had the step-by-step guidance I really wanted.
I have been a practicing pediatric dietitian for nearly a decade, but it wasn’t until going through the feeding process as a mom myself that I realized what it really takes to optimize nutrition in the first 2 years of life.
I am here to help you understand nutrition for your little ones, what their bodies need to grow and thrive, and lead you to being the role model around food that your child will need for the long haul. I help clients who are lost in how or what to feed gain confidence in their choices, understand how to nourish little one’s bodies + brains, implement healthy feeding practices, and overcome the all-too-easily accepted “kid food” trap. I’m honored you’re here and want to finally put your mind at ease for GOOD.
The way we approached feeding changed so much of what I knew about what’s possible for babies and toddlers. With the right support and empowered parents, we can teach babies and toddlers to be independent, intuitive eaters from the very beginning.
The Mini Me Method, my 12-week signature online coaching, is the culmination of what I have learned, studied, worked through, and lived when it comes to raising a healthy, adventurous eater.
